While we appreciate the opportunity to address your concern through our Advocate program first, Carle Health partners with regulatory agencies who may also be contacted with concerns as well, including IDPH at 1-800-252-4343 (TTY: 1-800-574-0466 and The Joint Commission).
Patient safety concerns can be reported to The Joint Commission:
